PROJECT MANAGEMENT
AMNIOBED BABY INCUBATOR
I have worked as a project manager in various industries including the medical field. I was the project manager in the development of a new and innovative baby incubator for an American company. I worked with a large team of engineers, designers, marketing people, clinicians, managers and regulations specialists. I covered all the aspects of the organisation of the product development: engineering, design, development calendar, compliance to FDA and ISO standards and costs.
