The chassis is made from punched, laser cut and folded sheet metal. The parts are made of Aluminium with Alocrom plating and Mild Steel, Zinc plated. The rear feet are made from CNC machined Aluminium extruded profile and Anodised. The front panel is made from an Investment Casting in Aluminium and machined. Alocrom finish and Epoxy paint.

The cover is made from fabricated and pressed Aluminium with Alocrom finish and painted with Epoxy paint. The keyboard is made from laser cut, folded and welded Aluminium sheet. Alocrom plated and painted with epoxy paint. The accessories, such as handles, hinges, latches and fasteners were sourced from off-the-shelf parts.

Cover shells made from vacuum formed Aluminium. Alocrom finish and Epoxy paint. Keyboard enclosure made from pressed and fabricated Aluminium and sand cast Aluminium. Other external and internal parts made from pressed, machined and formed Aluminium.

Being for industrial and marine use, it has a very anticorrosive Nickel over Zinc plated finish. The metalwork is made of steel, punched, folded, spot welded and fixed with threaded inserts.
