Environmentally friendly design

 

I have carried out several projects where it is a client requirement that the product is environmentally friendly. This can be through the use of recycled, bio-degradable or compostable materials. Also with design that allows the dismantling of the product when it reaches the end of its working life and the parts can be separated depending on which 'bin' for recycling, compost or landfill they will go into. Extending the use and re-use of the product is another way to reduce waste.
